For this reason, LSI LASTEM has structured a qualified training program, aimed at adapting the skills following the technological evolution of the instrumentation or to fill the gaps resulting from technical staff turnover.

The program is constantly updated on the basis of the experiences acquired by LSI LASTEM and deals with the following topics:

  • Use of instrumentation and software;
  • Technical assistance on instrumentation:
    – maintenance;
    – troubleshooting;
    – verification of data quality, etc.
  • Specific applications that require special tools and software.

The lessons have a strong experiential connotation as they alternate theoretical sessions with practical exercises in order to contextualize the areas of the measures, update the technicians on the latest regulations and strengthen a proper vocabulary.
