Wireless sensors inside Cappella Sistina

I sensori LSI Lastem nella Cappella Sistina

In collaboration with the Opificio delle Pietre Dure Institute in Florence, LSI LASTEM sensors were installed in the Sistina Chapel in Vatican City.

The Sistina Chapel offers its marvelous paintings to more than six million visitors each year; it is very important that thermo-hygrometric and luminous conditions are monitored carefully to avoid deterioration to the Michelangelo’s paintings.

The Sistine Chapel has been open again in these days after major renovation jobs and installation of new ventilation and lighting systems.
