In fact, BIM, born as a tool for controlling the project-realization-management process, are currently underutilized from the point of view of full \u2018interactivity\u2019 between inhabited space, users and figures in charge of management<\/p><p>The\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.dabc.polimi.it\/en\/ricerca\/ricerca-competitiva\/homebim\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">HOMeBIM liveAPP<\/a>\u00a0project aims to develop an interaction\u00a0<strong>system between inhabitant<\/strong>\u00a0and living space that takes into consideration the following factors: comfort, savings, energy efficiency and interfaces with building and energy managers. The system aims to simulate living virtual reality by integrating existing advanced IT solutions:\u00a0<strong>environmental sensors<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>BIM programs<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>APP interpolated in a cloud platform<\/strong>.
