class=\"elementor-image-box-description\">Bouygues E&amp;S InTec Italia S.p.A. has chosen LSI LASTEM equipment to test a data centre located in the Municipality of Settimo Milanese, through the simulation of thermal loads similar to those of servers (500 kW, 1000 kW, 1,500 kW and 2,000 kW) at different heights.\n\nFor two weeks, 64 LSI LASTEM probes sampled the temperature every 3 minutes for 12 hours a day to assess the air conditioning systems\u2019 ability to effectively dissipate heat from the racks and maintain the correct operating temperatures: between 25\u00b0C and 27\u00b0C in the cold aisle and up to 42\u00b0C in the hot aisle and false ceiling into which the air is sucked. In addition to monitoring temperature, the sensors also monitored the relative humidity. This, in the presence of high values favours the formation of condensation or where the air is too dry, generates the accumulation of static electricity.<\/p><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc30a21 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cc30a21\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><em>\u201cWe have relied for several years on LSI LASTEM\u2019s monitoring tools, including its\u00a0<a href=\"\/en\/product-category\/data-loggers-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">data loggers<\/a>, due to their quality and reliability. During this data centre\u2019s testing, it was essential to have highly resistant solutions that could sample the quantities continuously and in real time: the choice to use LSI LASTEM temperature and relative humidity sensors, certified in their laboratory, was therefore a natural one.
